What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up proteins. They act as signalling molecules, instructing specific cells to perform functions like tissue repair, hormone release, metabolic regulation, or cognitive support. Your body produces hundreds of peptides naturally, and production tends to decline with age.
Size. Both are built from amino acids, but peptides are short, typically under 50 while proteins are long, complex structures made from hundreds. That smaller size is exactly what allows peptides to bind to specific receptors with precision, acting as targeted signals rather than structural building blocks.
Most peptide names are shorthand for their molecular structure or research origin. BPC-157 stands for Body Protection Compound, followed by its sequence number. CJC-1295, GHK-Cu, and others follow the same convention scientific naming carried over from the laboratory where they were first characterised.
Yes. Aeon Health supplies research-grade peptides for laboratory and scientific use — not marketed, labeled, or sold for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. This distinction is what places research peptides in a separate regulatory category from prescription pharmaceuticals.
No. Aeon Health is a research-grade peptide supplier, not a licensed pharmacy or clinic. We do not provide medical consultations, prescribe protocols, or make therapeutic claims. If you are looking for a clinician-led, prescription-based peptide protocol, that is a different category of provider entirely.
No. Because our products are supplied for research and laboratory use rather than as dispensed pharmaceuticals, no prescription is required to place an order.
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory, and a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming purity is available for every product we supply. Purity tested across our catalogue has measured 99.4% or higher.
HPLC stands for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography an analytical method used to identify and quantify the components in a compound. When we say every batch is HPLC-tested, it means a third-party laboratory has run a chemical analysis to confirm what is in the vial, at what concentration, and at what purity level. It is the industry standard for peptide verification.
A CoA is a document issued by an independent laboratory that confirms the identity, purity, and potency of a compound batch. Every Aeon Health product comes with a CoA available on request. If a peptide seller cannot provide one, that is the first sign to look elsewhere.
Research-grade means the compound is produced and tested to a standard suitable for laboratory and scientific research not formulated or labeled for human use. Aeon Health sources exclusively from GMP-certified laboratories, which means production follows Good Manufacturing Practice standards regardless of the intended end use.
Aeon Health supplies research-grade peptides to qualified researchers, laboratories, institutions, and resellers across the UAE and GCC. Orders are intended for research and scientific purposes only.
Orders are fulfilled from within the UAE, with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours across the UAE.
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked, temperature-controlled packaging to protect product integrity in transit.
Yes. Aeon Health has a dedicated Bulk Order Request process for laboratories, institutions, and resellers ordering at volume. Pricing is quoted directly by our team. Visit the Bulk Order page or contact us to submit a request.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term stability, refrigeration is recommended. Once reconstituted, peptides should be kept refrigerated and used within the stability window specified on the product page.
Reconstitution is the process of adding a sterile liquid typically bacteriostatic water to a freeze-dried peptide powder to return it to a usable solution. Peptides are supplied in lyophilised form for stability during storage and transport.
Freeze-drying (lyophilisation) removes moisture and dramatically extends shelf life and stability during shipping. Liquid peptides degrade faster and are more temperature-sensitive in transit, making lyophilised powder the industry standard for research-grade peptide supply.
Returns are not accepted once sealed research vials have shipped, as we cannot verify storage conditions once a product leaves our facility. However, if a vial does not meet the specifications listed for the wrong product, damaged in transit, or purity below the stated level we will replace it or issue full credit.
Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for every product in our catalogue. Contact us with your order reference and the CoA for your batch will be provided.
